BrewPass is a side project created by beer enthusiasts for beer enthusiasts. We are not a formal business entity and operate this service as a hobby project. While we strive to protect your data and provide a great service, we operate on a best-effort basis.

• Basic profile information (age, gender, location) if provided
• Your beer ratings and check-ins

All data is stored in our data center located in Las Vegas, Nevada. We operate in Canada (Ontario) and the United States (Henderson). While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

We use your data to:

• Provide beer recommendations
• Enable check-ins at locations
• Show relevant local beer events
• Improve the app experience

We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share anonymized, aggregated data about beer preferences and trends. We reserve the right to change our data sharing practices at any time without notice.

• Opt out of location tracking
