BrewPass is a hobby project that provides beer discovery and tracking features. We operate in Canada (Ontario) and the United States (Henderson). The service is provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees.

We collect and use location data solely for the purpose of enabling check-ins and providing location-based features. Location tracking is only active when you explicitly use these features. We do not continuously track your location in the background.

While we currently do not sell user data, we reserve the right to change our data practices at any time without prior notice. Any changes to our data usage policies will be reflected in our Privacy Policy.

  • You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You agree to drink responsibly and not use the app while intoxicated
  • You will not use the service for any illegal purposes

  • Terminate your access to the service for any reason
